Mailbag Question 1
Are there any commodity stocks you like? Some oil stocks have taken a beating, would you jump back into that sector?
Obviously, the Nasdaq has ruled 2020. Tech stocks have been setting record after record, and that will continue.
There are some commodities I do like, and there’s a place for all sectors in your portfolio.
That being said, I don’t love oil in the long-term. Be sure to check out my video below for my full explanation.

Mailbag Question 2
There’s been more focus on the stock market than there has ever been, I would love to know your thoughts and comments on this.
The interest I’ve seen in the stock market lately has been incredible. I’ve had people I haven’t talked to in decades reach out to me and ask, “What’s going on with the market?”
I think on one hand, it’s great. I love to see people taking an interest in what has been my livelihood for over 20 years.
On the other hand, it concerns me that people are starting to look at the stock market as a source of primary income.
It certainly can be! However, that is of course risky. I’ve seen this interest in the market before and I’m worried about what comes next. Check out video and I’ll explain further.
