Don’t Miss Out: Big Earnings Reports for Ford, Google & Amazon

I hope you’re buckled in because we have a week of huge events ahead, and it all kicks off with the next Federal Reserve announcement on Wednesday…

Like we talked about last week, almost everyone is expecting to see another quarter-point added, taking the federal-funds rate up to 4.75%…

In the meantime, I expect us to see plenty of volatility with traders a little nervous going into the Fed event.

If markets continue to sell off into the Fed, it’s probably a dip to buy on a general, macro level because I anticipate Jerome Powell will deliver on that 25 basis point hike.

We saw markets rip in December despite all of the negativity hitting the headlines so I won’t be surprised if we see a similar reaction this week.

On this week’s edition of Crush the Open, we dive into our expectations for Wednesday’s Fed announcement and we’ll explore why I think Wall Street is too optimistic in the long term…

We also take a look at Thursday’s big earning events from Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) and the mega-cap tech companies Apple Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL), Google parent, Alphabet Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG) and Amazon.com Inc. (Nasdaq: AMZN)

P.S. Bull Market or Bear Market – It Doesn’t Matter With This…

The new year is filled with opportunities to potentially win big in the markets…

But it’s also packed with plenty of ways to potentially lose.

What you need is an edge on the markets…

Something that isn’t widely known and can work whether 2023 proves to be a bull market or a bear market.

I’ve outlined a little-known daily market occurrence that regular investors can use to potentially help their trading efforts.

It’s a bit of a “dirty secret” around the money-managing industry.

And it could very well be the edge that makes a difference in your trading this year.
